@creative_writer wow, I just did some reading up on POTS, that is not good at all. I don't suppose there is anything that can fix it?
Dealing with one disorder is bad enough without adding another life changing condition, I feel for you 😟😍

have you considered getting an air cooler? I got by with one for several years when I lived with my ex best friend.
I have a portable air conditioner now but it is very heavy and you need to vent it out a window or door. It also needs a drip tray for excess water. It is very effective though.

I have a fan. I can't get a portable one like you mentioned. The window doesn't work for it.
What one are you talking about? @ENKELI

@Birdofparadise8 an evaporative cooler is one that uses water to cool the air. You can get them small enough to sit on a side table up to the size of a portable air conditioner. The link below will give you an idea.

You can always start small @Birdofparadise8 like 'today I am grateful for air-conditioning', and as you go along you can find stuff that maybe requires a little more reflection, like 'I am grateful for the people who care about me' or 'for how much passion I have for uni work'. It's a practice thing, gets easier with time.
@Shaz51 oh hun so sorry to hear it. Sending you hugs as well, please look after yourself 💜
