@creative_writer nothing like having a drug cocktail for our mental illnesses, sigh. It makes it so hard when you have other conditions and something as severe as what you have, wow. You deserve a medal for getting through each day!

Yeah maybe @Jynx
I don't know why I'm alright one minute and now I'm not. It's so annoying.

@Birdofparadise8 perhaps just focus on what you can do about how you're feeling now, rather than ruminating on why it may have changed? I know it can be frustrating, but in my experience that frustration can exacerbate the emotional state and cause me to go even further downhill.

That is true @Jynx
I'm just not good at being rational when I'm not feeling good.

No one is, @Birdofparadise8 - which is why I believe so solidly in spaces like this one, so we can check ourselves and ask others to help us find the best/most rational path forward when our minds are too dysregulated to do so.

Yeah @Jynx
I feel each night, I'm going in a circle. I need to break it.

@Birdofparadise8 can be hard to break habits, but building new ones in their place can be really helpful - like daily gratitude or affirmations, practicing positive self-talk (even and especially when you don't quite believe it), all of it helps. It might feel so small compared to how heavy the pain feels, but every little bit is a step towards breaking those cycles.

@Jynx I wish I'd found this forum earlier. Your suggestions are so helpful I could have used them last year when I started going through the worst year of my life.
So glad I've found y'all now though and that the next time I'm in a bad place (I'm realistic lol!) I'll have a safe space to be in. 😍💖
