Re: A long rave
Hey @Molliex I can empathise where you are at, that was me a month ago. I found the crisis online chat lines very beneficial. I actually found the sane online chat helpful as they keep a record of your previous chats and can monitor your progress better. I'm here to listen too my friend, so use me .
Sending gentle hugs for your hurting body and mind (((💕💕💕💕)))

Re: A long rave
Hi @Molliex
I am glad you have some nice things planned for the weekend - that's really cool
I am sorry you have SH happening - really bad - and your medication isn't working for you about that - it has to be tough - I have to say I really don't know much about it except what I have read here - it's certainly not a fun thing to have happening
But I can identify with the hayfever - I have jasmine growing next door - actually I love it - the sight and the scent - but I am tired of the hayfever - it seems to go away in the evening - like other people I know it's hayfever because it does go away at times but here we are - I am in Melbourne where the weather has been very Melbourneish - not as cold as winter but wet and windy and changeable
I hope you feel better soon - with the hayfever and the SH - you must be feeling pretty tired but it is Friday

Re: A long rave
Hi @Angels333
I seem to be very social this morning - I don't often post on Fridays but last night I went to sleep watching recorded TV and woke up eventually - and saw it was daylight - it's much easier getting up when I am already dressed and sitting in a chair - so I have been posting in the Social Areas which is chatty
How are you with your SH - it seems you are improving - I do hope so - I think it was you who was waiting for a change in your medication - I hope it worked - it seems so
When I am having a bad spell I ring Life Line - I nearly always get a really understanding person on the other end so it really does work for me. I saw a new psychologist on Wednesday - it went really well - I have an appointment with the new pain specialist in less than 3 weeks now - I guess all the changes would have to be stressful but I seem to have it under control - I have been extra tired lately which is normal in Melbourne with the changeable weather
All the best Angel - I hope you continue to improve and I am glad the chat-lines work for you

Re: A long rave
Glad you are doing well @Owlunar
@Faith-and-Hope Hugs.
Great idea to tag @Mazarita Hugs to you to wherever you are doing your lovely laidback thing.
@eth It is great you are feeling positive. I am a little like you about dreams. I so often self sabotage in an unconscious and unpredictable way, I can get skittish and fearful even when things are good. Learning. Always learning to manage it. I am having a good creative experience atm... Recording with a group. Cant make it tonights feast, but it should be a good time.
@Former-Member @Angels333 and all Long Ravers.

Re: A long rave
Hi @Owlunar, thanks for the thoughtful reply. Sorry to hear you're dealing with hayfever too. Here it's hot and windy, which is the worst for hayfever.
I saw my Dr. He's given me some suggestions for coping with the SH and is going to chat with my pdocs. Although I'm struggling, I'm lucky to have 3 great MH professionals working together to help. I just need to keep working on it and not give up 💜
Hope you have a lovely weekend

Re: A long rave
Evening all @frog @Molliex @Appleblossom @Bimby2 @Angels333 @Former-Member @Owlunar @Shaz51 and sorry if I missed anyone who tagged me. Still hot and windy here and I'm exhausted from over an hour work out in the hydrotherapy pool this afternoon including 1/2 hr tai chi class. Heading over to the The Weekly Friday Feast shortly so maybe catch up with you there. Take care all xx
