It turns out this morning was good.  Son 2 was busy cooking a curry in the slow cooker, and Mr Angels and I did our groceries online.   Most of the anxiety from yesterday has dissipated.  I feel it's a long climb back to where I was but I've done it before.   You, my friends keep me grounded and I'm grateful for you all...

I dont get cocky about it for myself.  I remain cautious and respectful about the possibilities creeping up on me unawares.  eg I had a car accident 4 years ago, out of the blue, but mostly things have been alright SH wise since I got over consequences of  that big hiccup.
