No water? @Historylover why was that? That is very disconcerting. I hope it did not throw your plans out or inconvenience you. We used to go to Kays Picnic ground in the Dandenong Ranges for spring water. I still think its operational. Free spring water. Not far from Upper Ferntree Gully. I have had to buy huge water containers from K-mart to store water in case. They are like 20 litres with a tap on them.

Thanks for those suggestions @TAB I need some things on your list like an Esky. My solar power radio keeps cutting out. May need to get one with batteries. My favorite thing would be my mobile phone solar power generator. It was a steal off ebay and had great reviews. I keep it on my window sill and it charges up my phone as good as electricity. Its an amazing device and its still working after having bought it ages ago but yes its a great little invention if power goes out and no electricity to charge phone

@TAB I had a nice tradie come to my house in the recent past. The can be congenial and make their visit a good thing. Normally I like my own space but the last tradie was a really nice man.
This is a pretty good you tube music link. Its very political. The rap version of Midnight Oil. Hope you like it. Its a bit in your face but the message comes through

I understand @TAB just be kind and patient with yourself, that is all you can do. I don't like strangers coming to my house either
Hello @Former-Member hope you are doing well my dear. Did you ever follow up on the curative powers of coconut oil and diseases? Coconut oil gets rid of the viruses/pathogens that cause fibromyalgia and I've seen reference to that previously by another healer elsewhere years ago. There was an affordable and accessible e-book on how it can be used to treat a whole slew of diseases including fibromyalgia. There was a whole chapter devoted to success stories with fibromyalgia patients taking coconut oil. On that page I saw a real version of coconut oil being sold in the USA by an honest and outspoken retailer that does not sell rubbish commercial versions that do nothing and have high profit margins wit a cheaply made product. Its hard to know where to start as there are proper extraction and manufacturing processes that are required to get the desired potency to get the results you want. Have looked elsewhere on the internet and yes there are references to coconut oil treating fibromyalgia. I say this out of interest as I used to have undiagnosed pain which I thought was fibromyalgia which went away with ayurvedic oil pulling. As for the specific coconut oil I saw I can't supply the page due to SANE guidelines but I think with a bit of luck you should be able to locate it yourself ❤️

My hot water system exploded, @Former-Member, and I had to turn the water off so that it didn't continually feed the geyser it produced.
