What, whom me? Shaming you? No way @Historylover!!! 😉 Oh well you've been out now. I have to go for another walk at dusk. The garden is looking heaps better and my green waste bin is full. Don't know what to do for the rest of the day, maybe just take a measured approach and slack off a bit lol? Anyway enjoy your day!

Yeah it is what it is @Former-Member want to relate to people I really do but I feel it’s a difficult ask cause we have a different journey though we are still human.
I exercise these days to get my heart rate up, I read that doing 5-10 mins a day, in my case kickboxing which is done mainly daily is good enough!
im still drinking which isn’t good, but I just can’t help it.
I would also like a relationship with a woman, she can be anything also, just not an alien think you pointed out. We would just get along with each other. In the past I’ve only had male friends and we bonded pretty well. But my illness hasn’t done me any favours. I just have to think and believe I’m normal. Which given reality and my I’llness is not an easy feat.
I think people with a mi are generally smarter than the general population but we can’t get along with the general population cause no one accepts us, given stigma! I really hope they change the name of my illness for the better, but can’t help but contemplate how that would go. Staying quiet, out of mind of of sight would be the best way as pointed out by pdoc. I know people are just the worst and they justify their actions to fit in to the general population.
People are stupid lol

@TAB enjoy Your drive, bit envious I love driving lol. I love moving etc sense of real freedom. But once you’re at your destination you just want to relax!
@MDT congrats on working and moving out, how’s it all going. I hope it is pleasant. I’m still at home with the rents and everything is fine. Have been involved with a lot over the past years but am still working and being a contributor to society. Reach out if you ever have a problem but I think it’s all in the mind and how we perceive things. Are you still in a relationship?

Yes its a lovely day out where I am in Melbourne ... surprise surprise!
Love that you have avoided going to the footie @Former-Member Even I have been to a few!
Hey!
@Former-Member Cooee!
@Former-Member Hearing you about what a mixed bag most of humanity is ... and getting along with people ... ooooohhhhh ...
Behind most closed doors there are mental health/illness stories, just most will not talk about it. Dont be too hard on yourself. Great your getting heart rate up daily. I am not quite there, but keep trying to move the old torso...lol.
My exercise achievement today is walking back from supermarket with cans of legumes plus milk etc, weight evely distributed, and I have been invited to a walk tmrw for mother's day.
Spoke to my ex with my son, and then another neighbour who has the same name as my ex, and another father and son neighbour. Something about clearing all the male relationship energies must be my karma for today. Uncanny!

@Appleblossom, hey back at you! Sounds like you've been spending your Saturday well. The sunshine poking through the clouds seems to have melted them away. I've been out for a walk, too. It was nice, and I photographed my little patch of green.
You're experiencing a bit of parallel universe, too?

@Appleblossom Hi you there. Thanks for your greeting.
It is a beautiful day.
I attended a gardening group this morning and when the fog lifted such a beautiful day was revealed. I'm in Melbourne also.
I tend to drive to the shops. Good on you for walking home with your groceries. Hoping to drag this old sore body around soon. I know I need it. Not having a great mental health day 😔. But I must be hopeful it will improve.
I really loved seeing the photo someone put up earlier. Such a gorgeous patch of green.
Enjoy your walk tommorow.

Hi @Appleblossom
Thanks for the tag and belated good morning!
I saw the Feros story on the news and was a bit baffled myself.
Feros is a non-profit and cited compliance costs as the reason for the closure. It's apparently become a legal matter but the real issue is how it affects the individuals and the community. A longer notice period would have shown more grace.
My sentiments are with the protesters as well, though I hope none dig in to the point that rehousing choices are made for them!
If there is a silver lining then maybe it's that the residents will carry their community spirit with them to wherever they go next.
Thanks again for including me. That means a lot.
