In another lifetime @Former-Member i did brickies labouring. Old guy told me to put vinegar on hands( counters effects of lime) and rub sheep fat into hands. Worked better than anything

Yes it seems to be the best, tallow is beef fat similar to what your mate said. I don't use creams generally because I was on the health circuit and did not want to build up my toxic load with all those chemicals in modern creams. I used to use apple cider vinegar in a spray pak with aloe vera juice. It makes your skin look amazing. Learned it from a naturopath. I used to get compliments from people. One lady stopped me in a shop asking me what I did with my skin. I told her and she was disappointed that the advice was so basic @TAB.

Thats good @TAB at least you look after yourself. I may go back and use ACV again with aloe vera juice.
Have you ever done a vodka scrub to detox your skin? I used to do vodka scrubs a lot. I get my vodka from Aldi - it has to be distilled several times and you add it to bicarb to form a paste and scrub it into your body with a mit.
BTW I found some bladder cures thanks to you using pumpkin seed oil apart from other listed chinese remedies. It was in a credentialed article written by a professional. So will see how I go. But vinegar is amazing it takes off dead layers of skin cells and makes your skin glow!

ACV stands for apple cider vinegar. I think I had an oatmeal bath in my younger years. In a bath these days I have done epsom salt / bicarb energetic detox. I used to do it 72 hours before a new moon to cleanse for a new cycle. Stopped doing it after reading it could push your blood pressure up. Yes I noticed you saw it was a full moon Tuesday. I have a meditation planned to do on the full moon as part of a UFO community event - they have a website called "we love mass meditation" and we meditate to stabilise timelines across the planet.

Good morning @TAB @Former-Member @StuF @Judi9877 @Meowmy just back from my morning walk. My meds slow me down this early so its hard to walk but I still manage. Saw some cockatoos on my walk on the naturestrip.
Just checked my e-mails and got a link to a top NY Times bestselling book on "willpower". The guy that sent it out in the mass-mailout is a Beverly Hills millionaire called Tai Lopez. I used to attend free backyard lotto with him on facebook as I thought the odds of winning were higher - he had the lotto machine, the numbered balls and wads of cash. I never won backyard lotto. Don't know if its legal in California but they wire out the money anyway guaranteed! lol Anyway you can find him on facebook if you want to do backyard lotto.
He shares lots of stuff with people I will never be successful with my illness but I mainly focus on empowerment and self education. He says the average CEO reads a book a day! Woah! I have tonnes of books however I don't read a book a day mainly because it costs too much on my pension. But I do learn things from him on how to be more educated.
Anyway one of the best books he's read is on willpower as people tend to abandon their dreams after something sequentially goes wrong. I think willpower also from a yogic perspective is in your solar plexus chakra. I strengthen my solar plexus chakra each day but am interested in this book. I'm posting it here if anyone is interested. I haven't read a book in a while so will be looking forward to the contents of this remarkable book according to him.
