sounds great @Former-Member we used to get white 'tank loaf' in the afternoon from local bakers in small country town .. they used to bake twice a day, we would be at kitchen table with groceries still unpacked pulling at fresh loaves, just bread on its own, not even butter lol ..
I always used to think that I should try and get their bread recipes, they closed down like 40 years ago.

@TAB there was a big bread franchise in the 1970's can't remember what it was called but we would get sultana buns, sandwich buns and bread. The place was always chock full of people. It was a weekend family ritual going there. The bread was fresh and just being in there was amazing. My parents always made sure we had food. Today theres so much food hunger with families going without food. But my family was poor. We had virtually no clothes except school uniforms but they paid for school books though and that was about all...

I don't think it was Bakers Delight, that came later on in the piece. I've been to the historic society for my old suburb but it was not listed there. Yeah I don't think people in poverty should have kids @TAB.

Just have been doing some acupressure this evening and yogic hand mudras. Had a good day in all. Learning how to make old fashioned tallow moisturiser from rendered brisket. Its gaining popularity in the health community because its natural and full of good things for your skin. Have been checking in with UFO contactee group updates today which was interesting reading. I think I may have further session with a lady that has scalarwave equipment for healing your body. She is involved with the UFO community. I've had scalar sessions before but now may try something a bit different to further my ascension with an individualised session @TAB
