I dunno @TAB youre surrounded by chaos. You could wait for GP to call then walk a little further away from your caravan so its not as noisy but close enough to see whats going on in the vicinity so you don't leave the caravan park.

Colonoscopy? Is that the procedure you were talking about @TAB at the hospital? GPs take a while to get back to people you could be waiting awhile. When GP calls just say you have to go to a quieter part of the caravan park so you can hear them over the phone. I bet you will remember this mercury retrograde! 😉

handyman has left. All his effort to move antenna and change lead next to pointless, he just wanted to play around for a few hours.
would have been better and quicker and cheaper to put new antenna up . have 1 bar on channels that were missing now, all the others 5 @Former-Member

Hi @Former-Member would love to share the link, but I don't know how.
If you look up 40 minutes walking challenge it should come up. There are some easier 20 min walks my Mum does. Great for hot days.
I have a good probiotic here. Will start using it again and a good supply of Metamucil ( nearly all psyllium husk ) as well I can finish off before I get onto what you recommend.
Bloody meds make me feel like I am starving nearly all the time.
Must start taking them earlier and aim for a deeper sleep. Not just Rem which has me awake 2 or 3 times a night that's when I get into trouble.
Oh the dream of having unbroken sleep.
Keep cool @Former-Member.

Don't you hate it when phone calls are late @TAB.
I bet it's a professional call.
Not much privacy when half the roof is being cut off but hopefully better reception 😊.
Life's challenges - sometimes feels like every bloody day.
Time to organise paperwork if more than a year old and not been looked at time to chuck it out I reckon 🤞.
