Its hard when your financial wellbeing hangs in the balance @TAB You have every right to be upset and annoyed. I know I would be. But you can understand however theres lots of people doing shady stuff and not declaring earnings and taking time away from finding a job when they should be working. It may look a certain way to Centrelink even though you have been above board with everything. I'm really sorry you have to go through all this!

I know @TAB ❤️ I've just made myself a cup of fennel tea and a salad wrap. I hope the Dr. comes up with something. I feel like you have been let down by people.
I needed more diabetes meds from the GP so I got an e-script. Went for another walk this morning with my nordic poles. My clothes are now dropping off me from weightloss 🤔

Great work @Former-Member good for you.
I'm getting their back to pre Christmas weight. However I can feel my fitness improving.
I now do walking challenges on U Tube. Have increased my capacity from 20 mins until nearly 40min. Have also put my self on a pretty strict diet.
I do my walking exercises with small weights and am working the muscles I was doing the resistance band training for.
Pain levels seem to have decreased.
My hardest time re : food, comfort eating is nights after medication. I just feel like I am starving.
Im doing ok. Thanks for asking. Finding it challenging to fill in my days not working 😔. Which tends to make me feel a little flat.
Hopefully another job in the not so distant future 🤞🙏. One that's not so emotionally challenging.
Again congratulations with your weightloss 😊⭐😊.

Hello @Former-Member
So glad you have got back into it again. I can't do more than 20 minutes. I think its the CFS could be a lack of iron. It is incredible the amount of walking youre doing. 40 mins is tops.
Would you care to share your walking challenge you tube link please? I will look into it. Dimity gave me better resistance band exercises the other day which were easier and better to do than the ones I had
I used to be a comfort eater. I did hear something mentioned about gut health and its link to comfort eating. Have you looked into gut flora? I use a probiotic. I have read the chemist brands don't have enough flora colonies in them and that you need 13+ strains of gut flora in a probiotic for it to be effective.
My diabetes educator put me on psyllium husk which makes the stomach feel like its full and is a good prebiotic (the terrain for probiotics)
Spending time at home takes a lot to adjust to. I used to enjoy working but can't do it anymore. I hope you get some more job openings again.
Wishing you all the best Maggie and hope youre enjoying the sunshine!
