@MDT time travel was arranged by the CIA. Andrew Basiago now a US lawyer was used in time travel experiments as a child. Based on his time travel experiences he travelled both into the past and particularly into the future. He ran for office during the Trump elections given he knew about the future and what needed to be done. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qpkXwPXsflA

Hello @Rosemary4 , @Former-Member , @Judi9877 , @MDT , @Former-Member
and others visiting this thread
In my life, @Rosemary4 and @Former-Member there are a number of connections and similarities between the experiences that you have described and my own.
Sometimes, it is difficult to remain aware that others have the same rights and, also, responsibilities that we carry in our own lives. Recent reflections on the threads, "Resilience" and "8 Dimensions of Wellness" offer us some discussion of those suggested guidelines.
Unfortunately, knowledge of what is, should or might be, in the reactions and responses of others or ourselves, often makes such experiences no easier to endure. Consequently, they often become causes of stress and distress for us.
Reminding ourselves, in our own imperfect ways, that we are responsible for our own lives, our goals, accomplishments, faults and failures. No-one else is responsible for ours and we are are not responsible for those of others, either in their thoughts or physical actions. We can still derive joy, pleasure and happiness from our own accomplishments and achievements and sadness at our own faults and failures. We can, in like fashion, experience those same emotions when we share with others, what they have experienced.
However, we have to remain true to ourselves, and maintain responsibility for just our own thoughts, actions, behaviour, reactions and responses.
It is difficult, but sometimes, I believe, necessary to distance ourselves from others at times, or even indefinitely in some situations. However, doing so can often allow us to maintain our own integrity and such stability as we can manage to maintain, from time to time.
There can, as I experience myself, be the concern about the possible intrusion of excluded others into our lives, or the occasional necessity of interacting for the purpose of dispensing with administrative matters. But, all we can do is the best we can do in these situations. We need to gently prepare ourselves for the processes and possible outcomes, and deal with them as best we can.
We can deal with situations, in ways with which we will, very likely, be more satisfied, if we have made the rest of our lives more stable and enjoyable. This creates a firm foundation on which we can engage positively in as many aspects of life, on our own and with others, as possible.
I am remembering that in all that I say, I have three fingers pointing back to me. And, to me I say,
"Hear your own words and apply them in your own life, as you may suggest others to do in theirs"
With Best Wishes

I used to find it hard getting motivated but my Z* medication makes me more motivated. Motivation was a big issue for me with my illness and is quite common in the psychiatric community @Clawde I just got some raised planters so I'm not bending down or having to get up and down. It is do-able. Will let you know my progress

@Rosemary4 the world is a far from perfect place and people tend to make their lives look more rosier than what it is. Theres a fair amount of self censure going on and picture perfect portrayal. I think theres not enough self honesty.
