WIll be able to get back to walking... as I got dreaded uni work in.
Today I did bit at the physio gym. Lucky I have that.

No worries @TAB Moving is a lot of physical work so you are off the exercise hook for a bit ...lol

Hi @Oaktree and thanks for the tag.
I got up quite late today and instead of moving straight to the couch I remembered this thread and put my boots on.
Spent some time walking around outside, pulled a few weeds and collected some fallen branches for the fire pit.
Feel so much better for it. How's your walking going today?

Thats why I do not do too much exercise without load, incline or help ... like on cross trainer ...been at it a while ... get balance right ...a little cardio ... not too much .. etc etc
We are getting old @TAB zee.... minimise damage maximise good outcome ... I hope ...
