What did everyone get up to this weekend? I've had bit of hectic week, so I made sure that today was self-care healthy kind of day: I woke up and went to yoga, then I spent the day in the kitchen working away on making yummy creations. I started off with a berry and kale smoothie, and then I made muesli bars. Now, I know the sounds of kale might sound odd, but you can't taste it. Truly! - It's yummy! If you're interested, I've included the recipes. I love healthy good food, so good for the body and mind (when I'm not indulging in salted caramel tim tams )
- 1 cup of roughly cut kale (any type will do)
- 1 cup of berries
- 1 banana
- 1 - 2 tablespoons of honey/agave depending on preference
- 2/3 of a cup of water.
Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz, then drink! Yummy! (serves 1)

Okay... it's that time of the week again! Sunday Funday. An opportunity to share what you got up to over the weekend.
- Did you achieve anything on your to-do list (Apparently the clothes don't fold themselves )
- Did you have a great chat to a friend, a neighbour or stranger?
- Do you feel refreshed?
Anything & everything is worth a mention.
I didn't get out a lot this weekend (loads and loads of cleaning and washing YUK!) but I did get to have a proper look through my photos from a recent holiday. Here is a fave 🙂
Also a big HAPPY MOTHERS DAY to all the mums out there

What did everyone get up to this weekend?
It was a beautiful sunny weekend in Melbourne, I went for a stroll around the city, did some window shopping and went out for brunch yesterday. It was a really lovely day, sort of like I was on holidays but in my own city.
Today was little bit low key - just did the house work, and grocery shop. But it always feels good to get the week into order.
How was your weekend? @Crazy_Bug_Lady did you go to the farm today? @SCORPION nice to see you back on here, get up to much this weekend? @Former-Member how was your day today? @kristin is your daughter feeling better, and how are you doing? I'm just naming people who I've seen recently on here so feel free to tag other people....

Glad to hear that you got out in the sun. It was also a stellar day here in Melbourne.
Even though you don't feel like you're not your usually happy self, I would like to gently remind you of what you've been able to work through this last week. Be proud of that! I am proud of you.
If you ever get chance, and would be willing to share, I'd love to see a photo of your baby scorpians. How many do you have?
