I'm not dissapointed or upset with myself, I just sort of finally accepted that I need a bit of extra help atm. I had been feeling really good for the last few weeks (to the point where I was thinking of trying to get off my meds) and then I had a slump. Which I had been quite dissapointed with myself for up until today.
Tomorrow may be a different story, but I'll deal with it when it happens.
Here's an older pic from a few months ago. They are still the same size, just little podgy things at the moment, must be due to moult soon.
And here's a pic of their mumma, before she gave birth.

Wow, thanks for sharing those pics! I gotta say, I think they're kinda cute!
I'm glad to hear that you're not disappointed with yourself, and really happy to hear that you have accepted help for the moment.
One day at a time...
P.S. When you say moult, what does that mean? I really don't much about bugs/insect

@Crazy_Bug_Lady the colours on the adult are striking, thats really cool. What area do they naturally come from? I remember seeing scorpions as a kid in the sand dunes on the yorke peninsula but not like that one. Feeding so many one at a time would be very time consuming! i hope they only need one cricket every day or two!
@CherryBomb my weekend has come and gone and was ok, kids made cubby houses inside today, they have decided they're sleeping in it tonight.. i have news for them.. and its all bad. 😛

As I now work less Monday is my rest day do nothing and really looking forward to it. Wish I could stop working but like most people need to pay for life. I may not always post but will be lurking some of mytthoughts to dark to post but you are the people who have been keeping me going if you can push through the hell we all go through than I can l really love this forum.

Sorry, all invertebrates (bugs) grow by shedding their exoskeleton (or mouting). Coz their skeleton is on the outide it's the only way they can grow.
@Former-Member, they're found all over, SA, Vic, NSW, south QLD. They're everywhere.

@SCORPION nice to know that you're still here behind the scenes even though we can't see you.
Sitting through a long show can be so painful - Sorry to hear that your monthly treat involved a bit of discomfort. You sound like a very caring and thoughtful person to sit through it with a smile for your wife. I hope seeing your her happy brought you some joy. Hope your day of nothingness is rejuvenating.
@Crazy_Bug_Lady and @Former-Member, come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen a scorpion in real life outside of museums and possible the zoo. I don't know much about them at all! It's great learning about them though. It's like an interactive documentary (documentaries are one of my favourite things!)

It's a spiny leaf insect mid-moult.
I feel like I'm gonna have to start a bug-thread if we keep this up.
Seriously, get me started on bugs or cows and you'll never shut me up.... 😛
I am a walking encyclopedia of weirdness.
