I gotta prezzie and card from my new neighbourly dog!  Love him and them.  Sometimes life takes positive turns not due to anything we have done, just cos it is the way it goes ...

Re: Living with Ourselves

Blank post yesterday as decided to delete my essay on my Christmas Day of little ho ho or joy

A day ending in great sadness and grief bucket spilling.

Not much sleep last night.

Had a cheerful good morning message and responded over there.

Copied response to here.

"Heat subsided and now a cool breeze here.

Little sleep last night has left me lethargic and without motivation.

Have to get ready for another extended family function.

This one will be better than Christmas Day.

I would prefer to be in my garden talking to my plants :face_with_rolling_eyes:

I am on a mission to notice something that makes me feel good rather than focus on everyone talking over each other and saying little as is usual scenarios at extended family gatherings.

Hope that something draws your attentions today

Sun is out that is a good start."

Off to get ready.

@Appleblossom

Good to see you.

Thank you for the hug

We went out to another Christmas family gathering today.
I drove my car as well to give it a good run and ground myself.
Drove through beautiful hills and countryside to get there.

Arrived at the sea close to where meant to be.

Sadly could not find street.

After a tour of the neighbourhood in my usual style of getting lost I reverted to phone and map. Husband and his son whose house I was looking for could not remember  surrounding street names.

Needless to say I viewed the sea several times ( an unexpected delight) eventually arriving

It was actually a pleasant afternoon outside . Long drive home although drained provided further nurturing from nature.

one never knows what the day ahead holds.

Hope all still running smoothly in your world

Sophia sending big hug back.
