Graciously accepting your words of kindness.

Yes self- isolation has served me well.

I have been struggling in many areas and as you are so familiar with, they land without warning.

Prolonged chronic trauma, grief, loss, latest label given.

Label acknowledged and left for it to attach itself elsewhere.

I decided that I preferred the creatures of this world to most of mankind and have discovered so much more of me as a result.

I understand you more now Jacques.  I apologise for all of the times that I tried to talk you into going out.

That is not the answer.

My realisation is more that I am doing what I feel most comfortable with. That is where peace lies.

I have seen so much beauty that I never dreamed of.

Only you can know when the time to leave your safe haven is.

I thank you for all of the words that we have exchanged.

There is an unspoken power between those who choose to live this way.

I go out when absolutely necessary and to spend time such precious time with my son.

Extended family I have culled those who were insincere.

I hope that your world is continuing to teach you more and more about who you are.

I hope that your mum and girlfriend are well.
