Re: What’s for Dinner
Roast lamb, roast potatoes, pumpkin, gravy, peas and corn with mint sauce for dinner tonight. Can’t wait as it smells amazing. Lamb is being slow roasted.

Re: What’s for Dinner
Hey Everyone
I've been on a bit of a cooking odyssey of late. Some of the highlights:
Beef Shiraz pies (without the Shiraz) - first time, amazing
Chicken cauliflower and capsicum curry - went a little too nuts on the curry sauce
Risoni and harissa prawns - legendary favourite
Mediterranean fish stew - first time, yet to come
Later on this week I think I’ll also try carrot biryani. Sounds interesting…
After getting back from holidays it’s been fantastic to get back in the kitchen!
