Here is a wrap-up of what has been happening around the SANE Forums in March 2021.

This month we wanted to do shout-outs to these members for their contributions to our online community.

@BPDSurvivor  for starting a diversity and inclusion space for everyone to share how their cultural identity/ies has helped or not helped their recovery journey #everyonebelongs.

πŸŽ‰SANE events to take part in next month

We have got some exciting online events coming up in April. Stay tuned for more information from the Forums team!


On the 25th March from 7-8:30 pm AEDT is the SANE Support Online Mental Health Meet Up. Come along and join our Peer Support team in discussing - Opening Up About Your Mental Health: Learning to Share Your Story Safely & Effectively with Loved Ones. Take a look here for more details.

There were two Topic Tuesday events this month! 


At the beginning of the month, we had Jack from the Banksia Project talk about Men’s Mental Health and their Peer Support Service. If you would like to take a read of the discussion, please take a look here.


In the lead-up to World Bipolar Day (30th of March), we were joined by staff from Bipolar Australia and discussed all things related to Bipolar and how we can raise awareness and use our voice this World Bipolar Day. You can take a read of the discussion here.

We also want to welcome @HappyCastle , who has recently joined the SANE Forums team this month πŸŽ‰ Take a look at our announcement to know more about HappyCastle Smiley Very Happy


Finally, we are conducting a Community Guide Program Consultation survey. Please take a read here for some more information about the survey, why we are doing this, and how you can participate.
