Sorry, @Daisydreamer . It wasn't my intention to try to hijack the conversation off into another direction.
I should have kept the language within the topic-at-hand bounds of small-scale relationships, where the overall concept is still extremely relevant (IMHO, at least).
e.g. If, within my own household, I want to go, but the other people there want me to stay - why is it wrong for me to do what's right for me?

I have found it great that video and voice calls are back, even if they cant replace face to face contact. Thats something good ive found in lockdown 2
