Re: The recovery model
Hi @Owen45
I just wanted to say thank you for what you said about taking things one step at a time. I found it very helpful. I achieved quite a few things that I didn't expect to today, so thank you

Re: The recovery model
Yes Frida, my depression and anxiety even worse now, locked up, no work, isolation, but using my
free time to do repairs around my apartment and lots of readings on mental health recovery and management.

Re: The recovery model
Locked up here in my apartment, no work until Airport gets back in business, so plenty of time here during the day to work on my Recovery Model....mental health readings, websites, meditation.

Re: The recovery model
Hi @Arizona,
One recovery model that I have used before in my own recovery and when supporting others in peer support contexts has been the CHIME recovery model. I really love this one because it is holistic
CHIME stands for:
C onnectedness
H ope and Optimism
I dentity
M eaning and purpose
E mpowerment
https://www.therecoveryplace.co.uk/chime-framework/
There are lots of great workbooks out there that you can work through yourself.
Another resource that could be helpful is WRAP: Wellness Recovery Action Plan
This is all about creating your own recovery goals and plans 🙂
