Re: not coping
Completely understand @outlander I would never do chat or phone if my kids are around.
It is not being selfish hun, you have a right to your own life sweetheart. Yes you are there to help but you shouldn't be relied on all of the time. Hopefully when your sister is a bit older then she can look after the youngest one. All night till midnight is not fair for you especially when you have your pop to look after too.

its ok @NatureLover the owners will help unload it and put it into her car and the new owners car whatevers going with the horse so itll just be abit tricky squishing it all in to start with but itll be good cause itll free up some of my front carport and my spare room that has everything in it.
OK, that's good @outlander
Good luck with the Medicare claim too, I hope it's quick.

Re: not coping
Hoping you get a fair bit back hun @outlander Bills do not stop! I know that feeling.
Haven't got much on tomorrow. Have pdoc appointment tomorrow morning (by phone) and then I have to go get tested for covid (have no symptoms). Looks like I will be going into hospital on Sunday so need to get tested before hand just to be on the safe side.
What are your plans for tomorrow?

Re: not coping
no bills dont stop, and they always seems to be a new one. i still have to pay off the hospital and now this ontop of the normal rent, power, water, current loans and whatever else needs to be paid. i was hoping to be on top of everything by now but they keep pileing up. at least once the hospital, pathology and loans are paid they are done unlike the ongoing life payments
i have to clean a paddock, feed horses, and i have the kids as well after school till 1030/midnight (cant remember what shift her partner is working)
i hope pdoc appt goes ok and you get the all clear (even though im sure your ok) for covid as well.
how long will you be in hospital or your not to sure?
Is your mum looking after the kids with H or is he able to work from home?

Re: not coping
Just a bit overwhelmed @outlander but that is to be expected. Too many people visited..all being kind but just too much for me. I know it will settle down.
I can’t believe your M gets more evening shifts as a casual due to the higher rate. It’s cheaper to put part timers or permanents on the evening shifts.
Hope your evening goes well

Re: not coping
I guess paying a bit is better than nothing, you are right there, but doesn't make the hit to the wallet any easier. And that is on top of private health insurance!!!
Sounds like you have a busy day tomorrow @outlander with the horses and the kids. Hoping for your sake you only have them till 10:30.
At the moment it looks like 2 weeks but I think it will probably end up being longer, it normally does.
H can work from home and look after the kids. M will probably help out too.
