so we are 'doing' Distress Tolerance @Phoenix_Rising - the discussion was around being in crisis. The facilitator gave an example of having money stolen - to me that wasn't a crisis but I get for others it may be. When others were coming up with examples I felt like saying 'that is nothing - you should be around for a REAL crisis with little turtle' - I was thinking about how much you have had to deal with but you are still here trying to make some sort of sense out of all this

@CheerBear thank you for knowing and seeing and hearing and feeling. I'm SCARED. The crazy thing is, I was feeling fine until I got smashed by this. I even wrote the next bit for over -->.

I'm so glad that you can see and hear and feel and know the things that are going missing. I feel SO SCARED. I just managed to get an appointment with my GP for 5pm though so that has super helped. It is very unusual for her to have an appointment available. 

I'm SCARED. Only wrong things need to be kept secret. Perfectly acceptable appropriate things don't need to be kept secret. 

I so badly wish I was with TTT right now. I so very very very badly wish I was.

The missing Lunar and missing Pebbles feelings are GIANT. They are so so so giant...and they will be, especially on Thursdays, for such a very long time to come.

To be completely honest with you little turtle - I think many of us here would like (and deserve) some answers - that is not to take away from what you have been dealing with but we can see how much it is hurting you and we honestly don't know how to help apart from letting you know we are hearing your pain and sitting right here with you @Phoenix_Rising

Super big thank you @Zoe7. At least I'm not the only one who doesn't understand why actions need to be kept secret if they are really perfectly acceptable. 

My GP has apparently had a cancellation so I'm heading out now. Thank you so so so SO much.
