It is super hard for you to understand @Phoenix_Rising - it isn't black and white and you deal with things in a black and white way - that I understand  This is by no means easy but there are a lot of people sitting here with you and hearing you little turtle.

This may seem like an absolutely stupid suggestion but I am going to suggest it anyway @Phoenix_Rising - are you able to talk and record it on your phone and then play it back to yourself - just another way to get your thoughts out...

Yep.

I feel DIRTY Zoe7. Only wrong things need to be kept secret. Perfectly reasonable actions don't need to be kept secret. I feel dirty and icky and afraid.

So much of this 😞 right now @Phoenix_Rising. I am trying to reply to things that I can't find. It's hard from here so I can't imagine the hard from where you are.
