There isn't a way to stop it; I'll just have to ride the wave.

@Birdofparadise8, maybe you can’t stop the sadness but you can engage in self care and try to reframe thoughts to prevent a spiral. Sadness doesn’t always have to turn into a spiral. Like I’m feeling sad and uneasy right now too, flashbacks took a lot from me, but I am doing what I need to prevent myself from spiralling

No, not fishbowl I don't believe @Birdofparadise8 . I don't really know because my sister opened the app and I just 'created' my own bowl. I didn't even look at where the place was.

I don't know. I watch TV and read, but not much, really. I like talking hahaha.

Diamond painting is an art where you apply rhinestones or "drills" on a canvas to create a picture. I completed this one a little while back and am now doing a Kingfisher.

Diamond painting for me is a good past time as it is structured and I don't have to worry about what colour to use. I tend to struggle with colouring as I get caught up in choosing colours etc. Silly I know!
