How do you stop yourself from dealing with them, @creative_writer? I seem to find that once I start to feel them, I can't stop unless I am super busy. Do you keep busy to avoid them?
I feel that uni is only picking up more and more, lol.

Yeah, I know it's hard to balance not overdoing it to lead to burnout @creative_writer.
I just don't get why, though. I have to always be busy not to feel so sad that I cry. Don't you wish you could sit down and relax for just 15 minutes and not have to worry about feeling sad or flat and feel okay?
