It does @Birdofparadise8. The principal use to draw a picture of what she wanted for each class and I had to design a pattern and make it! Except for tutus she gave them to someone else.
I think the biggest thing for me today is the spiral from the mania. I wish I could go back there

That sucks @Birdofparadise8, walking is like my go-to mental health activity. Goes to show we are all really different hey. Anything you wanna chat about? Or like we could go for distraction-chatter, talk about something totally random 😉

Mmm I usually like going for a walk but just the past couple week I keep getting these suicidal thoughts when I've been walking as it is like near cliff ledge.
I'm safe now so that the main thing I guess.
I don't mind I just need something I feel awful.

Ohhh I know those feels @Birdofparadise8 used to struggle with train tracks for similar reason.
I think the reason a walk can be helpful is because it changes the environment, gives me something to focus on. I dunno if there's something you could do to help achieve that?
