Hi @tyme been a really rough day flashbacks and dissociating
wanna sleep but that isn’t rest at the moment
yesterday
Hugs @Bow , that must be so so hard. I can see it's like this vicious cycle going over and over again.
I can see how you want rest. I'm with you on that one.
What have you been doing today to stay well?
yesterday
@Bow i hear how exhausting that is, and i wish i could do more to help those feelings and flashbacks go away.
here with you, you're not alone 💙

I haven’t really done much today @tyme my SW came this morning but she kinda had another agenda and I just didn’t feel able to tell her what really going on. Couldn’t even give her what I wrote 😩
watched a lot of tv. Snuggled sleepy kittens.
oh and my gp called. My bloods aren’t ok either! Sigh

And that's probably the hard part. I'm wondering if your treating team have no idea really how they can support you? I hear that you feel you have 'high expectations' of them, but have these expectations been made clear to them?
Sometimes, it may be obvious to one by not the other.
At the same time, I acknowledge it can be so hard to articulate what one needs in the moment @Bow
I hear that.
I'm here if you need a shoulder to cry on 🙂

Just want them to remember the basic details of this trauma and what happened @tyme to not have to remind them what happened afterwards when they tell me that I’m through this anniversary and should be all ok now. The exact same thing happened last year too. I had to tell my pdoc, psych, CM and SW and no one remembers this year.
im sorry
I’ll shut up. I’m just repeating myself now.
I’m so sorry 😢

That's so so frustrating. It's like every time you see someone you need to 're-live' the trauma.... I know some people have written a note to their treating team before that details everything so that they don't ask you AGAIN... @Bow .
Is this something you can do for ppl who ask you?
Actually, I may even have one from years ago for myself.
I think it's called "What I want you to know about me"
