When I was on the tram this morning, this man was playing a video with a volume on with no headphones and so when I turned around to give him a fast glance, he then stared at me while stone-faced and then decided to sit on the seat that’s right behind me instead of sitting on the opposite side of that seat. Then while he got off his seat and walked past me, he stared at me again (stone-faced) while I was eyeing towards the window on the side..
Like what tf did I ever do to him?? -.- all I did was giving him a fast glance and that was it! I felt that he wanted to attack me or something because literally what tf was even wrong with him for him to even do that to me in the first place??? So fricken strange and WEIRD!!! -__-

Arghhhh @Blackcloud .
I guess there's people in the world we just don't (and will never) understand.

ahh yikes!! train and tram interactions are quite strange at times, aren't they? @Blackcloud sometimes i can't tell if someone is staring cos they've zoned out or if they're trying to communicate through eye contact 😅

@rav3n @yeah but with this guy in the scenario in particular though, he looked like he wanted to low-key come and attack me/cause a scene with me or something because the look he gave me was more like “the f*** is wrong with this lady” kind of look…

@Blackcloud gosh that's scary... glad nothing happened, i know sometimes things like a quick glance can be taken the wrong way by the wrong sorts of people. if you ever do feel unsafe, my mum used to tell me, 'move to the front near the driver and stand/sit around there' so you can exit or ask the driver for help if needed. stay safe 💙

@rav3n @yeah, well luckily he already got off the train shortly after but yea at the same time I wonder what even went on in his head in order for him to stare at me and for him to even look like he even has a problem with me.
But anyways, i volunteered today and it went good 🙂

that's pretty cool! do you tend to socialise with the other volunteers/workers when you do it? or sort of just stick to yourself and social worker? @Blackcloud
i'm good thanks! i had one of my best friend's stay over this week (my first time seeing her in 5 years!!) so i've been a bit social exhausted, but i had a lot of 'me time' today which re-energised me. how about you? besides the shocking tram interaction, how was your day?

@rav3n no i dont tend to socialise with other volunteers, i normally just stick to myself like i do in every social situations.
just to clarify, the incident happened on the train, NOT on the tram. I've mentioned 'train' in a couple of these posts today like twice.
that's great to hear!! and yeah for me today was fine i guess, didnt really do anything much other than the volunteering today 🙂
