Everything is so boring and I’m already giving up on everything.
Also, what’s even the point of being here (existing) anymore? (Not a S/H note/question, please don’t worry 🙂 - its just a question that I keep asking myself so 🤷♀️)
I had a session with my psychologist yesterday so that was great.
don’t know why I have to keep on waiting and waiting for certain things to work out or for me to meet that certain goal when it’s all taking too long to reach those goals/achievements that I want to achieve in life already & be happy with I guess..

@Blackcloud i feel you. I've given up on everything as this point.
That question of what's the point of being here and existing is something that's constantly on my mind.
Waiting for things to change or to achieve things is always a challenge. Try to stick with things and have patience and i hope everything works out for you.

It sounds like you're feeling a deep sense of frustration and stagnation, which can be incredibly challenging to sit with. It’s great that you had a session with your psychologist and are taking steps to process these emotions—having support is so valuable. Waiting for goals to materialize can feel exhausting, but progress, even if slow, is still progress. Sometimes, it helps to break larger goals into smaller, achievable steps so you can celebrate milestones along the way. Remember, your feelings are valid, and you’re not alone in navigating this journey—growth often takes time, but the effort you’re putting in now is laying the foundation for a brighter future.

I swear to god why does every morning always have to be the time where you feel the most unmotivated to do basically anything other than just laying in bed and scrolling through stuff?????😭😭😭😭😭
I just wanna scream AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
oh, and why does therapy/psychology sessions always have to be expensive even when they’re bulk billed? Like my current sessions with my psychologist are $97 for both Telehealth and face to face now, like…. But yeah the sad thing is that now I have to have sessions with her on a monthly basis now since $97 is still a lot especially for a low incomer like myself
😭😭😭😭

Hey @Blackcloud did you end up getting out of bed and venturing outdoors?
I'm doing the opposite and staying indoors today - too hot outside for me!

@Ru-bee nope lol. Plus I was a bit busy uploading my video onto YouTube as well as editing the next video for a bit.
And yeah same here, it’s very hot outside for me too at the moment. I was low-key thinking of going out a bit later in the evening but it’s very likely that I won’t anyways lol.
tomorrow and then the day after that is gonna be even worse for the hot weather - both are gonna be 37 degrees !! 🥵😭😭😭

Oh yeah, editing videos can take a while @Blackcloud, especially if you've got lots of clips or its a long video. Good on you for getting that done!
