Do you realise how many people actually DON'T shower everyday? They shower once a week or something. So don't be too harsh on yourself if you hadn't showered in 2 days lol.
As for your bestie, good on you for setting that boundary.
Are you still taking sips of fluid? I can see why you would be feeling YUCK. Do you think heat stroke comes into it too?
Heatstroke for me made me feel nauseous, light headed, racing heart, shortness of breath.... @Captain24

It was really humid here and we had a storm. Just outside of town got 102 mils.

It was ok. I was busy all morning and then it rained so I didn’t do much @tyme. We had a lot of lightning close by so I couldn’t get out of the truck.
