I’m okay tonight @Ant7 ..... had a bit of a health scare last week that has left me a bit rattled, but it turns out that it’s not serious .... just have to manage my energy and stress levels as best I can until it settles down and hopefully goes away.

I walked a lot today, in bits and pieces, so feeling physically tired, which is good.

How are you going ?

I have been reading around the other threads, I wish I had good advise for some of them. I'm fairly useless 

Im sorry, I'm just hopeless at helping anyone I'm scared I'll say something to hurt them. Yeah that's me just so 

Just yeah., Everthing hubby told me I was.. I am. I can't get past this bit. Jeez, I must have been really bad somewhere along my life to cop it so bad, I must have been cursed by someone,  

So emotional tears I hat it so much.
