Thanks for your encouragement @Eve7 - means a lot.
I hope you are alright, you sound a little flat. Or has it just been one of 'those' days where you needed to rest and sleep.
Take care lovely lady 💙🦋💖

I am really flat @WIP I don’t know what to do but I’m seeing pdoc in the morning and hoping I can talk about what’s been happening.

I'm sorry to hear that you are really flat @Eve7 , I know the feeling all to well myself.
I'll be thinking of you tomorrow & really hope seeing your pdoc helps you with what's been happening.
Sleep well xx

@WIP I am so delighted that you're back on your Centrelink payments!! I was worried about that! I am also cross that the pdoc's lack of admin skills caused such a massive effect of you being cut off 😞 I really hope that you can start seeing the female pdoc and that in 90 days things go well with Centrelink...
I'm also relieved to hear that you can finally go back on the AD that helped you years ago. And with the option to add to it if needed. 🙂
There seems to be a lot of hope and options in your post - I am just so glad.
Of course you are missing your mum and Levi though, no wonder.
Good luck with your DSP application too 💚

I was on meds for 20 years, on and off different meds.
I am off meds now for 2 years. Coping OK even though I am in total isolation, no family, no relatives, no partner, no kids, friends. Just gotta cope as best I can day by day.
