@Shaz51, I'm 'over-wired' tonight, a bit restless and agitated. Aside from that, okay. Grateful I got a full night's sleep last night and had an active morning into early afternoon, including lots of walking. ox

This week our ute broke down , a lot of smoke , ute got towed away to get fixed
no car , have to hire a ute for a week or so until ours is fixed
My hear aid stopped working -- totally deaf
My hubby has taken a sleeping tablet tonight

Yikes, just read over Anxious Sundays, a broken ute, a broken hearing aid, and changing meds. What a week @Shaz51.
Its not much but can I offer you some rice pudding for dessert? I also got some ice cream. Anyone else want a serving?

yesterday was another big day , I am feeling tired tonight
well we have hired a ute for a week
to fix our ute is $$$$$$$$$$$$
got a Loan hearing aid for a week
hearing going to cost $$$$
Done lots of travelling today
Mum has a very sore foot -- torn Ligament
No one rang from Mental health yet
my hubby took 2 sleeping tablets last night

Aww @Shaz51! **virtual hugs** That's so much for one week. Car hassels are terrible, and adding medical issues sounds so stressful.
When sh*t hits the fan like this, I think it can be helpful to get back to basics - eat well, rest, exercise and most of all be kind to yourself. Do what you can to look after yourself - this can help build your resilience.
