Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

@Shaz51, I'm 'over-wired' tonight, a bit restless and agitated. Aside from that, okay. Grateful I got a full night's sleep last night and had an active morning into early afternoon, including lots of walking. ox

Oh yummy , yes please @CherryBomb Heart

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

Aww @Shaz51! **virtual hugs** That's so much for one week. Car hassels are terrible, and adding medical issues sounds so stressful.

When sh*t hits the fan like this, I think it can be helpful to get back to basics - eat well, rest, exercise and most of all be kind to yourself. Do what you can to look after yourself - this can help build your resilience.

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

Thanks @CherryBomb... It is easier to run in autumn & winter, because you don't need to wake up so early. In summer you need to get outside early or it is too hot, which doesn't bother some - but I find it difficult to deal with. If you are a walker - perhaps go for a walk in the middle of the day - when it is warmest during autumn & winter. Try hot yoga too!! I'm not really sure how to stay connected socially.... I guess going to yoga - at least you SEE other people... Maybe think about a type of exercise you enjoy & see if there are options to do that in a group?! I want to join the Toowoomba running group sometime - I was in a running group in Brisbane in 2014 - it helped keep me connected & encouraged & motivated... Since becoming vegan - I don't gain weight over winter - it is awesome! Even though instead of piccolos I tend to have small flat whites! Namaste, A

Hiya peeps. Thanks for the tag. I'm not having dinner tonight... still full from a big lunch at a great restaurant with my lovely partner and her sister.

I had crispy-skinned snapper... om nom nom nom...

Hope everyone is having a great night. Hugs... 🙂
