Hi @CherryBomb, @Former-Member, @Former-Member, @Crazy_Bug_Lady, @Jacques (did I miss anyone?)
I've had a pretty lousy week - 3 x big crying sessions, including today - which was the longest & most intense - I hid my crying from my partner the other 2 times, but today he heard me even though he was fencing down the paddock... I guess I didn't realise my crying would travel so far - I was so distressed... I don't really feel like talking/writing much, but I guess I'm hee because you are the only people I "know" who seem to know what it really is like - to endure mental ill health endlessly...
Anyhow, I like curry - but prefer Thai over Indian.
We are having burritos AGAIN - lucky they are my favorite meal! I haven't eaten anything but a fruit bar & a soy yoghurt today - I've just been so low...
Namaste,
A

Hi Friday-Niter's @CherryBomb and everyone, good to see you too @Jacques.
Sorry to hear you have a bad throat/cold CherryBomb, Curry is a good food for colds, tumeric (lots and lots of it) has anti-immflamatory properties, good to sweat too - so get that chillie happeneing! Gargaling with warm water and salt helps throats.
Tea tonight is a Birthday Tea in the Moongal hosuelhold as my partner celebrates 56 years on the planet. Am cooking their favorite (poor) Lamb Chops, Mashed Potato, steamed carrott and steamed green beans. They love plain food like Mum used to make (only not overcooked as Mums tended to do!). I will have Fry's Family schnitzels (vegan plant based food) and the veggies with gravy. Little fresh fluffy breadrolls from the bakery and for afters some cake. Happy Birthday to my darling!
Will watch Granchester on ABC and get an early night as I woke up at the unearthly hour of 4am today....
I am either feeling happy and relaxed (or in the beginning stages of hypo-mania given the very early start and bubbly over effusive speech). Only time will tell.
Hope everyone's friday is cool in the pool and you can love yourself
Consider yourselves hugged.

Hi @Former-Member - we must of been writing at the same time, so sorry to hear you have been so low and crying. It gets like that and I hope you can find some relief from it soon. Tucking into your fav. food sounds like just the ticket on a Friday night. (Namaste).

Thanks for the hugs @MoonGal - seems like a few of us good do with one. Your partner sounds like one lucky darling tonight - wish them happy b'day for us! Sidenote, it's a moon day (full-moon) today @MoonGal. My yoga practice, by tradition, means its a rest day - which means no yoga. There's a belief that energy of the moon can infuse our body. Not that I'm saying that mania is a moon thing, just sharing because you are the 'moon' gal, and I thought of you while I was reflecting on the moon's cycle tonight
What do people think of the idea that the moon affects our mood and energy? Though there's no scientific evidence to back it up, I think it's an interesting thought.
@Former-Member - sorry to hear about feeling low. Seems like the tears were uncontrollable today. Perhaps they just needed to come out. Give yourself some space and let them flow if need be... @MoonGal says, drawing on Jewish proverb, tear are like the soul's soup - not sure if I quoted it right!

Hi @Former-Member - burrito's are good, hope your mood has lifted a bit and that the cry was somewhat of a release... but im guessing it was also pretty exhausting and draining. glad ur here.
Hi @MoonGal, how are you going?
I have just put two munchkins in bed.. fingers crossed they stay there for the next 8 hours ish...
yeah, its hard meeting new people @CherryBomb even stuff with the kids its more and more expected at dance and swimming and what not these days that you just drop off the kids and leave so im finding it hard to meet anyone. oh well.
