Oooo so much healthy vegetarian and vegan food. Thanks @chookmojo and @Jacques! What do you think of the food @Former-Member?
How's your week been @Jacques? I've not been around much so am not up to date with things.

Oh @Jacques, that sounds like a rough week. Hugs for you.
Glad you're here spending time with us. What are you up to this weekend? Is going to be a hot one over your way?
Virtual food can be good for you, right?
If that's the case, then I think us foruminites are exceptional healthy people. Not to mentioned all the exercise that's happening in the exercise and goal setting thread.

If I had a vegan feast laid on like this every night I think I might be a vegan in real life too!
@Jacques, so proud of you for getting through such a tough week. As I said before, I think you have done a wise thing in resorting to sleep rather than the alternatives that were in your mind. More hugs to you. So glad you are here and enjoying tonight.

Yes a tough week, but i manage 🙂
this weekend, well i am doing some gardening tomorrow, and have my weekly outing sunday afternoon, but other than that, just pottering around in my shed, i like spending time in their, but it is too hot to be in their for a long time now, i can't wait until winter.
It is quite warm, but not hot yet, as long as it is below 35 i am happy 🙂
Oh yes, i have felt very lazy seeing how others are excercising, i can't wait to buy my tredmill, when i save up enough money. i seriously need to lose weight.
Reading about yourself @CherryBomb and @Mazarita is giving me a reason to get back into it 🙂

I always enjoy Feiday night Feast, i love spending time with my friends on here 🙂 it is so nice to have a social network, people who care about me, i sometimes wish i had these friendships in real life, but i am just so happy and lucky to have this forum.
Yes you are right @Mazarita, sleep is better than SH, that is all i think about now while i am awake. but i am getting very concerned about how much i sleep now, for the past 6 months i have been sleeping all afternoon, every day. i just can't help it, i spend only 6-8 hours awake in small bursts.
sometimes i am happy that i sleep so much to make my life go quicker. but sometimes i feel guilty i sleep so much.
