@Former-Member, yeah, I wasn't that interested in legal stuff either. It was just the way the job market took me at the time. Had to pay the rent somehow, etc. Goodnight and hope you sleep well. Namaste.

hi @Former-Member,
I have been reading the posts on here and saw you are caught on 1 phrase your doctor said, i do the same, i ruminate over it for hours days and sometimes even weeks, by the time my mind is done the 1 sentance is blown all out of proportion, try to change your thought pattern, do a puzzle, some sort of brain trainner puzzle, colouring in or drawing.
if you can't go to sleep in 5 min, please don't lay their it will only make things worse, getup and do something, and maybe try a warm glass of milk to help you get sleepy.
i get what you mean about being lonly, their is a major difference between being alone and being lonely, i am going through this at the moment, i feel so alone.
take care my friend, Namaste
Jacques

NOM NOM NOM,
I'm making quinoa burger, with sweet potato fries, and some home brewed kombucha.
It's fairly warm here in the Blue Mountains so I thought I'd make something fresh.

Hi @CherryBomb and everyone,
Just stepped back in from a long walk on the beach, all sweaty and having worked up an appetite. Not sure what we'll be doing for dinner here yet or what I might find in the virtual kitchen to share with the feast. Just wanted to say hi, looking forward to reading how everyone's week has been.

Hi @Mazarita!
You walk along the beach just reminded me to see how everyone else is going in the exercise and goals thread.
How's everyone's week been?
After being unwell for a couple of weeks, I was out an about romping around the Blue Mountains, went climbing today, and thinking of going for a swim in the dam tomorrow. It's nice feeling well again.

@CherryBomb, really glad to hear you are up and about again. Romping around the Blue Mountains sounds like fun! Hope the warm weather holds out and you do get out swimming tomorrow.

Hi @Former-Member
A rough day for you. Simple survival is a real achievement sometimes, and worth a lot. I hope you have a turn of mood seeing Carl Barron. It's great to have a good laugh. Sending hugs your way.
Namaste.

Namaste @Former-Member!
I hope that Carl Barron brings you some laughter after what sounds like a restless and tiring day. They say that laughter is the best medicine. Even if its just for a few hours, I hope that it helps for bit.
