Floating in the water a couple of times a day, picnics, sitting around chatting and reading in the shade - generally being as relaxed as possible and away from town stuff (i.e. noisy neighbours, medical appointments, traffic etc). At the festivals there's usually a lot of cultural displays - bush tucker and medicine, weaving, art, spear and didgeridoo making - that you can participate in and later in the programs there was a lot of music. At one of them Gurrumul with Paul Kelly was a highlight, very special.

Paul Kelly has been good at getting the word out that we are all one big mob.

Sorry all, multi-tasking was making me more anxious... I watched an episode of a tv series & shut down my computer. I'm going to go to bed now. I feel very depressed... For months now, I have gone to bed hoping that I don't wake up in the morning & when I do I feel disheartened.... the medication I am taking can take 5-6 months to be effective & I have been on it for 3... sigh. Thanks for the company. I find it hard to remember everyones details & stories - sorry...

Ciao for now, @Former-Member. Always enjoy your company here, whether intensely engaged or just popping in and out. Friday Feasts often kind of peter out anyway but we still keep coming back for more. No probs with the remembering of details, not an issue. I don't remember everything about your story either, just know mainly that you are the one who is inspiring me to keep trying to get to tai chi and to make a salad. Hope you wake up feeling heaps better tomorrow, Bella.

Hi @PeppiPatty I'm up if you want to chat over on the Night Shift thread. Had a nap but it's only just after midnight here and I'm awake again. Good to see you.
