OOoooh that looks good! I shall contribute some nice coconut rice as a side dish.
This week has been a bit dramatic, I sprained my ankle and in a separate accident my hubs broke his elbow! Other than that things are going well.

Mine was because the cats escaped overnight, and while I was out looking for them I stepped into a hole and fell down. Hubs slipped over on wet steps in the city the following day and banged himself up good.
