We've only just hit spring weather here, its actually been sunny! and almost 20 degrees so the kids have been in shorts and dresses! (well not my lil guy, changing to wearing shorts is a big deal!!)

Saw the doctor today @CherryBomb to get the results -- the kidney is stable at 24% and I am borderline Diabetes

we try not to mow any lawns until about 2-30pm

and yesterday Hubby said he will mow the lawns , but he still likes me to be with him

@Former-Member, I hope you find that piece of you soon. Seems like part of you has shut down. Sometimes we can do that as was of coping.  I'm so much happier in the warmer weather. For the first time since June, we don't have the heater on. We've had no in between weather. It went from cold to hot. Got anything planned for school holidays?

@Former-Member, I was also craving pizza today. For me, there's something about Fridays that make pizza tastier. Hope you're partner is feeling ok after having his teeth pulled. Hmmm, what will you eat, that is quick, easy and tasty?? OMG, I'm SO excited about your kittens! Will you post photos??

Yes, @Jacques - so hot here today too - got to 38C here today - my weather ap says it is still 35C & feels like 39C! Had an air con fan on - it came with the cabin, but the air con doesnt work - only fan, an evaporator cooler we got the other day at the tip shop for $10 (which at the moment is still outside) & the new industrial fan we got - we can't let the kittens in the bedroom, as they can't have babies under the bed... my partner put wood around the bottom of the lounge & the TV table last weekend - I think when most people breed cats they put them in the bathroom when they are close & alas no bathroom! 

Did anyone watch the 3 part series First Contact? I really enjoyed it - I feel I have more empathy for indigenous Australians now.....

Sorry, I'm rambling a bit - I'm also got tooth pain, muscle tension pain & I have had a headache for 3 days (first day was a low grade migraine) - I'm so over taking all these painkillers for dental pain - it's not good for the body..... sigh... I'm really struggling emotionally, but don't even have the energy to put a lot in words PLUS it is Friday FEAST - yay for pumpkin soup in real life & virtual pizza!

I am sorry to hear about your health news though Shaz51. Tough gig waiting for results, hope you can just live int he day and not fret too much. Hope the specialist appointment comes up with some good strategies for managing emerging health issues.

@CherryBomb Holidays seem surreal. My lil boy has surgery in January, other than that no plans. Kids will most likely be at their dads for xmas though. 

Yes it has been nice to have warm weather. been able to go to various playgrounds after work with the kids has been good.

I watched that documentary last two nights. It was interesting, a real eye opener. And I did get upset when hearing about the stolen children. It just made me really sad.

Hi @Shaz51 hope everything goes well for you with the specialist.  I have to see a gyno next thursday to see what he;ll do about my cyst, fibroids and missing mirena IUD. Realy stressed, not helping my anxiety.
