@Glisten I have high expectations because my own are high. I can't do the negativity vibe either and that's one thing Tyo (Twenty Year Old) is. It drives me nuts and has been a good exercise in patience and endurance for me! Tyo dwells continuously on the negative and after this latest act I am pretty much done. 

I will live and let God. And play in the kitchen as I prepare to cook up a few days' worth of dinners so I just have to nuke them on nights when I'm overwhelmed. 

I am also considering seeing my GP about perhaps going on disability which I feel would help me with my anxiety around job hunting. I break into a sweat and start to feel nauseous each fortnight when I have to report job applications and I don't know why. I've never had this feeling before, even during the height of the pandemic. 

I feel like I've been beaten down and am unworthy of any job. My logical side tells me this is ridiculous but it's over ridden by the fear and anxiety 😬
