yeah, had 4x rain in june than 5mths before @StuF  yeah best to keep it real about car. it came from factory w sports suspension, but back springs were seriously shot, so I got everything replaced, saying I wanted like for like, just normal height .maybe could have got identical springs eg as wouldnt have sagged. it was a pain dragging on kerbs . towed a tiny trailer, looked like it weighed 2 tonnes by angle of car. swear would put 3 bags groceries in back seat and you could see car go down lol. anyway the guy who did it was a bit of a nutcase. dont trust what he did. prob put all standard stuff in to replace heavy duty

Next subject lol. think trying to find a reason to feel bad ....

@ENKELI  my Retiisi. Our brain 🧠 is telling me to do a similar thing. I have a referral for a psychologist. I haven’t used it as yet. But I will be.

Appointment with my psychiatrist this morning at 8am.  He confirmed it is definitely my hormone deficit that is rendering my medication ineffective.

It is going to take at least six weeks for the HRT to start working with my medication.

In the meantime my half of our brain 🧠 has a Do Not Disturb sign on a locked door 🚪 that has a big sticker saying Executive Disfunction Rules.

I volunteered to help the Men’s Shed guys with a BBQ at the little local Bully hardware shop. Of course I went to Funnings at Ebrook. They called me on speaker phone. laughed their collective asses off 😂 

It might have been a subconscious sabotage. I desperately needed to go grocery shopping 🛒 

4pm where has the stupid sunlight gone? I think we should pack up our tools and finish for today.
