@ENKELI I’m so please for you. Every counsellor tells me the only thing that you can control is what YOU DO.
I think you have nailed it 👍🏼
The legal stuff. Waiting for the other side to respond.
In property settlement, there is a criteria called Wastage. We have uncovered over +$30,000 in wastage within 3 years 🤯
We are waiting for the other party to respond.

@Glisten thanks lovely 😍
30. Thousand. Dollars. What a son of a, well you know the rest.
I don't understand how we can hurt and traumatise those we once loved like that.
I think that lack of understanding of how we could hurt someone who has given their all to another is why I still struggle with ex friend.
When my ex fiance and I split (he cheated on me while I was in Geraldton with family as my cousin had died in a car accident) I couldn't bring myself to go for half of his trust fund or assets which were substantial. It's not a thing I would do. I laugh now over his reaction to the splitting of joint property - I offered to buy him out and then gave him $20 because he owed me almost as much as what the property was worth. His response was "typical that you all of a sudden remember that I owe you xxx dollars"
Sorry, I'm running on and making it about me again.
In this case I hope the other party starts realising that squandering money in an effort to give you less will work in your favour.

@ENKELI $30,000 is just the beginning of what we have uncovered. I have to give my lawyer credit. She was on to it fast.
I’m not upset at all. It’s a relief. This is all about him.

@ENKELI That is so funny 😂
You offered to buy him out and then gave him $20
Because he owed you almost as much as what the property was worth. What made him think, you would forget he owed you xxx dollars"?
Did he accept your offer? 😃

@Glisten he had no choice, I'd already packed up the property and had it in storage. I think I asked him what made him think I'd forget that he owed me.
Keep me updated on your situation lovely, I'm praying for a quick resolution for you. Failing that, I pray you win a huge sum of money from lotto and you get to buy the home of your dreams. Complete with sauna of course 😁

@ENKELI if I win Lotto and I build or buy the home of my dreams, complete with sauna.
There will be room in that sauna for a radish friend.
Thank you for praying for me. It means a lot to me 🤗 I have faith, in people that have faith.
Sleep well my friend, the week is almost over.
