Hey @greenpea
I wouldn't take that as a sign of losing it in isolation. Our minds 'trick' us sometimes. For instance, I get quite a lot of de ja vu which freaks me out on occasion...
I know it's not the same thing, but it feels real and cannot be explained
I certainly cannot explain your instance...other than to say there is very likely much more going on than we normally realise. Personally, if it doesn't hurt you or anyone, we kinda just need to accept that we just can't know some things. Not yet, anyway
No idea if that makes any sense or anything. I guess my takeaway is that I don't think you should be worried. If it keeps happening, well, that might be another matter
Sorry for that bunch of words with little substance!

Hey @greenpea
I can see why you are getting a bit concerned. I still wouldn't freak out...but that's easy for me to say.
Is there anyone else - counsellor or something - you can talk to before then that won't immediately try and admit you? I mean, I don't think anyone would do so, but that is based on what little I really know about your and your history/situation and so on.
Overall I just hope you are ok (enough)? Is there anyone there with you at the moment?

So glad you have your kids there with you @greenpea ! I thought you did, but wasn't sure.
And great that you've been able to share a bit with your mother. What was her reaction? I mean, she obviously knows you pretty well lol
Better than I do anyway
