Thanks @SmilingGecko . Yeah, I had an Excellent DES mob mid to late 2000s...but of course they no longer exist. Your comment re keeping themselves in a job seems to ring true for most people's experiences.
I think I might try to do some volunteer work at Vinnies or the like in their offices. I'd actually use/learn more skills than I currently do and the change would potentially be very beneficial- I might at least look forward to going in to work again. And fortunately being on the DSP I don't Need the $ from work right now.
As for the practices...I fear I lack the discipline required to benefit...and, honestly, am too cynical. I don't doubt that you are getting gains from them, but I'd need to open my mind more to have any chance. I won't rule them out altogether, but I'm not sure now is the time for me. But hey, if I keep reading of your successes, just maybe I'll pull my finger out one day 🙂

A syndicate would be sweet re Powerball...unfortunately, given the guidelines around anonymity etc stopping us from doing that, best I can do is let you all know I've won from the Maldives or something! lol
