oh ,was  going to say no breeze here til dawn tomorrow, says 30kph atm will have quick look outside, put washing on  and go to aircon and tv lol @Meowmy

Well, that was a long day - 8 hours...long by my standards these days anyway lol

 

Hydrated a bit, will grab something incredibly easy for dinner and possibly an even earlier night than usual for me!

It Does feel good...but my back is looking forward to the whole lying down/sleep thing lol

prob some gentle stretching and/or hot bath if you have one @StuF  once niggles start , bit hard to control when older lol even walking tomorrow or something, anything that uses muscles and joints differently to what you do at work.
