Have to come clean on the food @SmilingGecko .  Its pretty flash here.   I'm a pay as you go guy.

I'm a fella that loves his tucker so this is was one investment that did pay off. 

But I hear you on mental health.   The revamp they did on me had to be done in the private system 

but we both know that is not the way things should be. 

  Ageing population.  Inequality,  burgeoning

global population,  all wanting a feed of   fish,   meat,  attention,  mobile phones,   for bedroom homes. and a drink or a pill to keep the truth of things out of there heads.  Competition for  for a piece of a shrinking pie can only have one outcome. 

Best not think on it.  Happy thoughts only for now.

Well,  to answer your question.  I don't have a date yet.  I will be sent to the rehab hospital near home soon as a room becomes available.  Could be any time.   

I think you have the best approach to health though.  Always searching,  self evaluating,  fine tuning every bit of your intake via all your senses.  Proactive with discipline.

You would have made a hell of a body builder @SmilingGecko .

Damn straight  @StuF .   One tellys got a pile of sweaty blokes slugging it out.    The other tellys got a
