I know, I was the same trying to get off the floor because of weight around my thighs. Can do that now easily. My stomach has gone down which is good. I was a bit taken aback by this Taoist Master as he was able to do things I couldn't. But yeah, no need for a gym. Its a bit of an industry anyway when you can walk around the block. The dude I mentioned is covered in more muscle than the average gym goer. I must have been walking almost every day since November so 8 months of consistent activity. When I was younger I did gyms but now a nice walk in the park is so invigorating @TAB

Yes I use exercise bands but have been a bit slack. I've seen folk use cartons of water to lift. I'm so happy with changes in my physique now, just got to keep going @TAB I hope you can hop back on the treadmill and start feeling better. Whats happened with your thinners? Have you stopped taking them?

Yeah, same here with meds and weight gain. I used be a size 14 and went to a size 22 overnight on Z*****a @TAB when I first took it 20 years ago I now take a diabetes med that reduces weight which they have had a lot of success with people and associated psychiatric meds and weight gain. Earthing shifted a lot for me too. Its all coming off easily

Yeah these fat drugs I used to call them @TAB I'm sorry this has happened to you! You are not alone. You can get your GP to prescribe a diabetes drug M*******n to get the weight down. I do know that as far as the impression I was given. My GP was going to put me on a weightloss med before I got diabetes I presume it was the diabetes med I mentioned. Also, Diabetes educator accepts overweight people at her clinic without diabetes. There is a specialty diabetes med I saw on 60 Minutes which enables people to lose weight. Actresses use it apparently to keep at ideal BMI. Hello @Bill16 @Meowmy @tonys @MDT
