@TABYou are so funny. I have been for a walk and got a good nights sleep last night thankfully after so much sleep disruption. Used a Traditional Chinese Medicine Bian stone which is great for settling the body at night and knocking you out, its like Gua Sha stone you scrape it down your body and like acupuncture it aligns the meridians. The GP that does acupuncture may be hard to book in with. Its almost impossible to get appts with doctors nowadays. Am still shedding weight, have been using a Belly Burn audio that converts fat to fuel and activates mitochondria for energy. It really works. Did you get that bike? I will eventually look into getting one. Fasting blood glucose this morning: 5.7

kmart were having clearance on weights and exercise bikes, empty shelves yes, dropped the ball there. People on fb selling old weights, some even re painted for more than new ones from shop lol well they are trying to. Can see arms shrinking from atrophy. older people need weights too. I did a bit every now and again at house , but really stopped last 2 years, and struggled more than ever on exercises I used to take up again easily after time off. Anyway. Found place in adelaide. Cheap if sign up for newsletters, whats the harm, just delete emails and get $70 off weight set like one gave away before moving from house. left another smaller one at caravan, prob had room for it dunno, Oh well. once get again they are here forever lol @Former-Member
got to organise to go pick up hearth for wood heater in adelaide .seems a bit nuts. may have to stay overnight
Thats good re blood sugar

Yes I have seen weights being sold on facebook marketplace. Gumtree also has them. Difficulty getting out to sellers because I don't have a car. May have another check-in with Kmart. My diabetes educator wants me using weights now. Have been putting it off due to expenses @TAB So youre going into Adelaide for heath and staying over for the night? That would be good! I hope you enjoy your trip
