yes, our brains are not only 'funny lil things'. They are 'odd'! I guess naturally, we always see the path of least resistance?

For me, I think I had to 'train' my brain to use healthier coping strats... and that takes time and effort.

That sounds amazing! I actually wouldn't mind finding some threads about hobbies and interests I have too. Hmm.. I'm a bit of a gamer, although mostly single players or with friends/family, I love to write, draw and read and I do love a good movie/series. I also have an unhealthy obsession with lego and pokemon 😅

i don't know much about pokemon but i do remember the 'pokemon go' days! were you into that too?
